White Label Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Production Supervisor for a manufacturing site in Ashington. You will lead a small factory team, ensure production plans are met, and maintain safety, quality and output standards.

The role is hands-on on the factory floor, with training opportunities and potential for progression as the business grows. Overtime may be available to meet demand.

Formación

• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Understanding of quality checks and inspection processes.
• Knowledge of lifting operations in manufacturing.
• Practical problem-solving and clear communication.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Plan the day's work, allocate tasks and lead production briefings.
• Monitor output against the production schedule and coordinate resources.
• Ensure products meet drawings and specifications with records.
• Enforce safe systems of work and manage safety concerns.
• Collaborate with Planning, Technical, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics.
• Train operatives, manage attendance and performance, support improvements.
