ABB UK is seeking a Finance Leader to drive financial performance across two manufacturing sites. You will lead the finance strategy, partner with site managers, and translate strategic goals into actionable plans and forecasts. This role emphasizes strong controls, reporting, and cross-site collaboration.

You will manage a small team, travel between locations, and leverage SAP expertise to optimize operations. On-site work model with opportunities to influence global finance practices.

Qualifications

3+ years in a Financial Leadership role, in manufacturing/operations.
Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
Experience partnering with factory managers and leadership teams.
Experience with ERP changes/implementations (SAP).

Responsibilities

Define and lead the finance strategy for the factory/manufacturing site.
Partner with factory managers to set strategy and develop a global business model.
Translate the finance strategy into business plans with measurable targets and oversee forecasting.
Ensure robust business controls aligned with group policies and procedures.
