Job summary

McMullen Facades Ltd., part of the JRL Group, is seeking a Factory Compliance Officer to oversee H&S, quality, and environmental compliance in our Nottingham factory.

You will develop and maintain H&S administrative systems, conduct audits, coordinate training, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement across departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a pension and on-site gym.

Qualifications

• Experience with health and safety administration and documentation.
• Ability to manage risk assessments, SOPs and toolbox talks.
• Experience coordinating H&S training and audits.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain H&S admin systems (risk assessments, SOPs, toolbox talks).
• Conduct audits and inspections to identify hazards and improvements.
• Coordinate H&S training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Assist in investigations of incidents and enforce corrective actions.
• Maintain records for H&S, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
