A leading recruitment agency is seeking a factory compounder to support a manufacturing team. The successful candidate will manage batch production while adhering to specifications and ensuring quality. Previous experience in compounding, alongside strong organization skills and a flexible approach, is essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • 5 years compounding or dispensary experience required.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Must have a current forklift/counter-balance license.

Responsibilities

  • Manufacture batches accurately, safely, and timely.
  • Replenish stocks/supplies and fill finished batches into final pack.
  • Ensure compliance with customer demands and manufacturing plans.

Job description

We are currently recruiting a factory compounder for a great client of ours to support the factory team in production.

The key objectives of the role are to support the factory team in ensuring both productivity and volume levels are met ensuring batch specifications are followed.

The role will be Monday to Friday, alternating weekly between early and late shifts 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm.

You will need previous dispensary or compounding and chemical handling experience.

Duties Include;

  • To manufacture batches in an accurate, safe, tidy and timely manner
  • To replenish stocks/supplies when required
  • Fill finished batches into final pack when required
  • To take a role in continuous improvement of processes
  • Accurate input of Batch data orders via Computer system
  • Adhering to manufacturing plan
  • Adopt a clean as you go approach
  • Input to company stock take
  • Compliant on for accuracy and scope required by customers/demands
  • Liaise with all relevant parties to get queries resolved in a timely fashion
  • Escalating queries when they reach a certain time scale
  • Supplying information to shift manager
  • Flexible to customer change/manufacturing requirement
  • Customer satisfaction, by ensuring internal customers are kept fully up to date with timely and accurate information
