Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Facility Supervisor to join a friendly, professional team. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including opening up and closing the centre, supervising operations, and ensuring a high level of service while complying with health and safety guidelines.

The role values customer care, safety awareness and prior supervisory experience in a sports facility. Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising activities in a sports facility.
• Ability to demonstrate health and safety management knowledge.
• Ability to apply regulations and codes of practice fairly with customers.
• First aid at work certification or equivalent.
• Welsh language skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations including opening and closing the centre.
• Supervise staff and ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety guidelines.

We are looking for a Facility Supervisor to join our friendly and professional team. We are looking for someone to be responsible for the day to day operation of the facilities, including opening up and closing down of the centre. You will be supervising the operation, ensuring a high level of service is being delivered, along with complying with Health and Safety guidelines. • Previous work within a sports centre in a supervisory capacity consisting of sports/ fitness facilities
• Able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of health and safety management
• Apply rules, regulations and codes of practice fairly and consistently with customers
• First aid at work is essential
• Welsh Language skills are desirable
