Job summary

Freedom Leisure Swansea is seeking a Children’s Holiday Activity Assistant to welcome and engage children, ensuring they have a fun and safe visit. You will work with a team of assistants, follow centre procedures, and help staff deliver activities while supporting customers daily.

Casual hours apply, with potential for ongoing opportunities. We welcome applicants who are enthusiastic, energetic and values-driven, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering safe and enjoyable customer experiences
• Experience working with children or in child-focused activities
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• DBS check required / Enhanced DBS ideally

Responsibilities

• Ensure all children have a safe and enjoyable visit
• Work with a team of assistants to run activities
• Adhere to the centre's standard operating procedures
• Assist with staff scheduling and centre operations as needed
• Support customers day-to-day and make people feel good

We are looking for a Children’s Holiday Activity Assistant to join the team here at LC Swansea.

We are looking for someone who is able to make sure that the children have an enjoyable visit and not afraid to join in with the activities available. You will work alongside a team of assistants, ensuring that all staff are working effectively and adhering to the normal operating procedures of the centre.

Hours: Casual Hours - as and when required
