The Data Centre Global Engineering Operations organization is seeking a leader to develop and oversee a Facilities Operations Centre (FOC). The FOC monitors physical infrastructure 24/7 and manages Large Scale and Critical Site Events, ensuring reliability and customer satisfaction through attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will understand data center IT and facilities infrastructure, support onsite teams, and ensure service levels are met or exceeded. Experience in large-scale data centers and innovative thinking are essential, as is the ability to align the FOC with broader organizational objectives. The role includes team growth towards operational excellence.

Roles, Responsibilities, and Requirements:

• Monitor the data center's infrastructure platform
