The Data Centre Global Engineering Operations organization seeks a leader to develop and oversee a Facilities Operations Centre (FOC) responsible for 24/7 monitoring of physical infrastructure and coordination of Large Scale Events (LSEs) and Critical Site Events (CSEs). The role ensures optimal customer experience through reliability and attention to detail, requiring an understanding of both IT and facilities infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale data centers, demonstrate innovative thinking, and support team growth towards operational excellence. Responsibilities include monitoring infrastructure, acting as a point of contact, developing communication protocols, analyzing outages, maintaining records, coordinating emergency responses, and developing team tools. The role supports a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays.
