  • Ensure facilities remain safe, compliant and available to meet business and programme requirements.
  • Co-ordinate the delivery of hard and soft FM services in accordance with defined service standards.
  • Act as the focal point for facility users, building strong relationships and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Provide authoritative advice on compliance, duty holder responsibilities and operational risk.
  • Deliver robust work control arrangements and support safe execution of maintenance and project activities.
  • Support regulatory interactions and assurance activities relating to facility operations.
  • Contribute to asset governance arrangements, including change management and configuration control.
  • Develop the capability and performance of embedded Facilities Management resources.
  • Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence and value for money across the facility portfolio.
Experience in facilities, estate, operational or process management.
  • Experience working within a highly regulated environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
  • Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and make effective operational decisions.
  • Strong communication, influencing and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.

Everyone who works at AWE brings unique skills and perspectives to the table. We recognise that great people don't always 'tick every box'. That's why we focus on your potential, your fit with our values, your transferable skills as well as your experience. • NEBOSH qualification or equivalent health and safety experience.
