Nuco Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Facilities Management Engineer with electrical, mechanical or plumbing expertise to support a multi-site portfolio across Berkshire, Surrey, and Greater London.

The role requires independent work, strong fault-finding skills, and a client-focused approach. You will perform PPM and reactive maintenance, inspect and repair building services, and maintain thorough service records across sites.

Qualifications

• Relevant trade qualifications in electrical, mechanical or plumbing.
• Experience in facilities management or building services maintenance.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) per schedules.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and diagnose faults.
• Perform electrical, mechanical or plumbing maintenance within qualification scope.
• Inspect, maintain and repair building services equipment.
• Identify faults, minimize downtime and recommend remedial works.
• Complete maintenance reports, service records and compliance docs.
• Ensure works comply with health and safety procedures and standards.
• Travel between sites across Berkshire, Surrey and Greater London.

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Facilities Management Engineers with an electrical, mechanical or plumbing background to support a portfolio of sites across Berkshire and Surrey, with occasional travel to locations within Greater London.

Candidates based in Berkshire, Surrey, Sussex or Herefordshire are preferred to support the geographical requirements of the contract.

Applicants must have a strong background in facilities management and building services, with experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and general maintenance across commercial or multi-site environments.

This opportunity would suit a qualified, self-motivated engineer who can work independently, manage maintenance tasks efficiently and deliver a high standard of service across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in accordance with maintenance schedules and site requirements.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests, diagnose faults and complete repairs.
• Undertake electrical, mechanical or plumbing maintenance within the scope of relevant qualifications and competence.
• Inspect, maintain and repair building services and associated equipment.
• Identify faults, minimise equipment downtime and recommend remedial works where required.
• Complete maintenance reports, service records and compliance documentation accurately.
• Ensure all works comply with health and safety procedures and relevant industry standards.
• Travel between sites across Berkshire, Surrey and Greater London as required.
• Maintain a professional approach when liaising with clients and site representatives.

Essential Requirements

• Relevant trade qualifications in electrical, mechanical or plumbing.
• Strong experience within facilities management or building services maintenance.
• Proven experience carrying out both PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Good fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload across multiple sites.
• Professional communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Availability for an immediate start.
