Job summary

Reporting to the Facilities and Logistics Manager, this hands-on role rewards initiative, problem solving and a proactive attitude as you support planned maintenance and day-to-day repairs.

Salary: Up to £30,000, depending on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or facilities preferred.
• Demonstrates a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work across offices, workshops, grounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain offices, workshop facilities, systems and grounds to ensure safety and presentation.
• Respond to day-to-day issues and carry out planned maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to improve facilities and processes.
