Pertemps Industrial is recruiting for a facilities technician to work for a client in central Bristol, BS1.

The role suits those with experience as a maintenance worker, electrician, electrician's mate, plumber, plumber's mate, handyman, facilities worker, engineering apprentice, or construction site labourer.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling general maintenance tasks such as plastering, window and door repairs, electrical and plumbing work.
• Responding to health and safety issues.
• Conducting inspections and addressing remedial works.
• Logging issues and following up on maintenance requests.

Candidate qualities:
