Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician in the Derry/Londonderry area to join a busy manufacturing site.

The role focuses on coordinating, planning and hands-on support for site facilities and contractor activities in a highly regulated production environment. The candidate will report to the Facilities Manager, manage maintenance schedules, assist with audits, and provide cover during absences while ensuring strict health and safety standards are met.

Formación

• Engineering or maintenance qualification.
• Experience in facilities, maintenance or engineering environments.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with planning and scheduling maintenance activities.
• Coordinate contractor visits and service works.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and compliance.
• Conduct follow-up inspections of works.
• Support audits and maintain maintenance records.
• Assist with facilities projects across site.
• Provide cover for Facilities Manager during absences.
• Support wider engineering and facilities teams as needed.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.
