This role ensures the delivery of an effective, high-quality, and customer-focused workplace service aligned with the contract and client expectations. The position acts as the office ambassador, maintaining high service standards, ensuring health and safety compliance, managing reception duties, and fostering strong client and vendor relationships. It also includes responsibilities around administrative support, continuous service improvement, and team collaboration.

Role Purpose

  • Ensure an effective and customer-focused service is delivered in line with the contract specification and agreed service levels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and Cushman & Wakefield vendors.
  • Implement initiatives to promote best practice, with particular focus on quality and client satisfaction.
  • Promote a high level of client satisfaction by responding promptly to service requirements.
  • Serve as the office “ambassador”, upholding the company’s image through professional reception and telephone handling, guest management, and overall service quality.
  • Maintain meeting room facilities, manage bookings, and ensure meeting rooms are properly set up to agreed standards.
  • Act as the primary contact for client service requests, logging and managing these via the Facilities Management tool (Famis360).

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage workplace health and safety, including reporting and investigating near misses and incidents.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed, including visitor registration and pass control, as well as using building security systems.
  • Perform reception duties including meeting room reservations, enquiries, and setups.
  • Manage and order general office supplies.
  • Conduct daily and monthly facility inspections, highlighting and resolving any issues to maintain the highest standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Cushman & Wakefield policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and serve as the key contact for addressing safety matters on-site.
  • Provide general administrative support when required.

Business Generation, Execution, And Enablement

  • Apply business knowledge and relevant systems to support others and contribute to client and company objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to learn more about the commercial environment.
  • Leverage internal systems and tools to improve team productivity.
  • Represent the C&W brand positively during all client interactions.
  • Continuously seek to improve processes and exceed client expectations.
  • Identify cost-saving solutions and support efficiency improvements.
  • Demonstrate initiative and actively pursue new opportunities.
  • Explore ways to differentiate Cushman & Wakefield from competitors.

Skills And Experience

  • Adopt a proactive rather than reactive approach.
  • Possess strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Ensure timely closure of work orders.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
