Job summary

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Hotel Service Supervisor to oversee the cleaning and catering provision at the Braintree Community Hospital Site, supporting the Facilities Site Manager.

You will supervise Domestic, Catering, Portering and Security teams, ensure quality service and adherence to Health and Safety procedures, and respond to enquiries while delivering high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of soft FM services and COSHH regulations.
• Basic IT literacy and keyboard skills.
• Experience of working in a healthcare environment.

• Provide a high standard of customer service.
• Administrative work is prioritised and completed within prescribed timescales.

Job overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Manager and supervising the cleaning and catering provision within the Community Hospital Site.

You will be able to organise and supervise the Braintree Community Hospital Domestic, Catering, Portering and Security in a professional manner and ensure the provision of an efficient and quality service whilst meeting the needs of all service users. You will provide a courteous service ensuring that all duties and responsibilities are carried out in accordance with all Health and Safety procedures.
