About the Role

Here at Sodexo Health and Care, we are recruiting for a Facilities Systems CAFM Assistant to join our Hard FM team at Queens Hospital Romford. This role supports the planning and execution of maintenance using our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system – Maximo.

As part of the on-site Estates team, you'll work closely with the ASOMP Manager to ensure maintenance activities are scheduled, tracked, and compliant with regulations and SLAs. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational roles, is organized, and takes pride in system management. If you love working with data, solving problems, and ensuring hospital maintenance runs smoothly, this is a great opportunity. Experience in Facilities Management and CAFM systems (preferably Maximo) is preferred. Your responsibilities include managing maintenance scheduling, reporting, and system monitoring to ensure compliance and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Hard FM team with Maximo CAFM system
  • Assist in scheduling PPM and reactive maintenance
  • Monitor task progress, ensure compliance with SLAs/KPIs
  • Generate reports like Denied Access, Reactive Requests, PPM dashboards
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Participate in Superuser training and system optimization
  • Ensure proper closure of tasks, including financial reconciliation
Candidate Requirements:
  • Understanding of CAFM systems (preferably Maximo)
  • Experience with PPM planning and reactive maintenance
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and compliance focus
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work in a healthcare environment
  • Proactive and flexible, able to work independently and in a team
