Here at Sodexo Health and Care, we are currently recruiting for a Facilities Systems CAFM Assistant to join our Hard FM team at Queens Hospital Romford. This is a pivotal role supporting the planning and execution of both planned and reactive maintenance using our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system – Maximo.
As part of the on-site Estates team, you’ll work closely with the ASOMP Manager to ensure maintenance activities are well-scheduled, tracked, and compliant with regulatory requirements and service level agreements. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Experience in Facilities Management and a strong working knowledge of CAFM systems (preferably Maximo) are preferred. Your responsibilities will include managing maintenance scheduling, reporting, and system monitoring to ensure compliance and service excellence across the estate.
