This is a pivotal role supporting the planning and execution of both planned and reactive maintenance using our Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system – Maximo.

As part of the on-site Estates team, you’ll work closely with the ASOMP Manager to ensure maintenance activities are well-scheduled, tracked, and compliant with regulatory requirements and service level agreements. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

This role suits someone who enjoys being at the heart of operations, thrives on organization, and takes pride in system maintenance. If you love working with data, enjoy problem-solving, and want to ensure hospital maintenance runs smoothly, this is an ideal opportunity. You’ll be part of a supportive team, using your technical and planning skills to make a difference in healthcare.

Experience in Facilities Management and a strong working knowledge of CAFM systems (preferably Maximo) are preferred. Your responsibilities will include managing maintenance scheduling, reporting, and system monitoring to ensure compliance and service excellence across the estate.

What You'll Do:

  1. Provide daily support to the Hard FM team through effective use of Maximo CAFM system.
  2. Assist in scheduling and coordinating PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks.
  3. Monitor task progress and support compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  4. Generate reports such as Denied Access Reports, Reactive Extension Requests, and PPM dashboards.
  5. Maintain accurate records, including task notes, attachments, and lifecycle documentation.
  6. Participate in Superuser training and support data integrity and system optimization.
  7. Ensure proper closure of tasks, from completion to financial reconciliation.

What You Bring:

  • Solid understanding of CAFM systems (preferably Maximo).
  • Experience in PPM planning and reactive maintenance coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • A proactive, flexible approach, capable of working independently and in a team.
