Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Facilities / Site Services Manager for a factory-based role commutable from Shaftesbury, Salisbury, Yeovil, Blandford Forum, Warminster and surrounding areas. You will lead the facilities team and own the management of steam boilers, HVAC, water treatment plants and compressed air systems.

This position offers progression, training and a structured days-based schedule, with a salary of £52,250 plus bonus, autonomy and a strong pension plan, along with 34

Qualifications

• Facilities/ Site Services engineering background required.
• Experience with regulatory requirements.
• Experience with steam boilers, compressed air systems, water treatment plants, HVAC/refrigeration equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain site utilities including steam boilers, compressed air, chilled water and HVAC equipment.
• Oversee building and external area maintenance.
• Manage a small facilities department.
