Job summary

Hunter Selection Ltd is seeking an experienced Facilities & Site Services Engineer to oversee the operation of all site services, facilities and utilities at the Northampton site. The role is Monday-Friday days with salary GBP49k–GBP50k plus benefits.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on testing and fault-finding experience, strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, and the ability to manage contractors and suppliers while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Looking an experienced senior facilities / site services engineer
• Happy to be hands-on resolving issues and hands-off managing compliance, contractors, suppliers
• HNC / HND qualified in facilities engineering
• Strong understanding of facilities engineering principles, both electrical & mechanical
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills – dealing with contactors, internal teams, vendors
• Knowledge of compressed air systems, HVAC, industrial boilers, fire suppression systems
• Proactive person – able to think outside the box, identify issues, suggest improvements
• Beneficial if dealt with hydraulics, valves, gearboxes, drives

Responsibilities
