Job summary

Lea Green Centre is seeking a Facilities Management Officer to lead the day-to-day delivery of catering, cleaning and domestic services while ensuring quality and budget adherence. You will line-manage catering, cleaning and caretaking staff and work closely with centre managers and external partners to keep Lea Green running smoothly.

The role involves coordinating menus, allergen management, stock, rotas and financial processes to support a high-quality outdoor education environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of catering, cleaning and domestic services to meet quality standards and operate within budgets.
• Line-manage catering, cleaning and caretaking teams with clear direction and fair task allocation.
• Coordinate with centre managers, visiting groups and external partners to ensure Lea Green runs smoothly, including menu planning, stock control, rotas and maintenance coordination.
