Job summary

The Highland Council invites applications for a Facilities Assistant 2 at North Kessock Primary School. The post is 9 hours per week, permanent, with a salary of £6,870 to £7,520 per annum.

You will support the team leader in delivering an effective facilities management service, including property management, building access and egress, routine maintenance, health and safety, and cleaning of designated accommodation to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Valid Driving Licence required.
• This position may require PVG scheme membership before appointment.
• Overseas Criminal Record Check may be required depending on nationality and residency history.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team leader in delivering an effective Facilities Management Service.
• Support property management, building access and egress, and routine maintenance.
• Contribute to health & safety compliance and cleaning of designated accommodation to a hygienic standard.
