The role requires coordinating contractors, managing budgets, and delivering high-quality service to residents. The candidate will produce regular reports and respond to issues promptly, with out-of-hours availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, inspections, and oversee cleaning.
• Respond to resident inquiries and maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and on-site staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and regulations; keep records.
• Oversee asset and inventory management.
• Monitor building systems and arrange preventative maintenance.
• Manage emergency procedures and out-of-hours incidents.
• Support budgeting by tracking costs and reporting to management.
• Prepare regular reports on building performance and issues.
