Macstaff is seeking a Facilities Plant Manager in Leicester to lead specialist outside plant operations (ETP, wastewater, AD) and a frontline team. You will champion safety, GMP, quality and continuous improvement while delivering strong operational performance.

The role emphasizes leadership development, governance of standards, and engagement with site stakeholders to sustain a high-performance culture at a world-class manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

Proven frontline leadership across safety, operations and quality.
Experience coaching and developing high-performing operational teams.
Strong safety, compliance and process awareness.
Experience governing standards and developing positive workplace cultures.

Responsibilities

Lead specialist outside plant operations including ETP, wastewater, AD and starch processing.
Develop and coach a frontline team to achieve safe, compliant plant performance.
Ensure GMP, environmental, quality and operational standards are met.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the site.
Collaborate with operations management and site stakeholders.
