Job summary

Yeo Valley Organic is seeking a Facilities Operative at the Cannington site to oversee cleaning and upkeep of all facilities. The role follows a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (06:00 to 18:00). You will ensure hygiene standards, manage stock issues, and support colleagues as needed.

We value self-motivated individuals who can work autonomously and as part of a team, with awareness of health and safety and numeracy skills to handle daily tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Capable of working autonomously.
• Good numeracy and attention to detail.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Comfortable working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping to company standards.
• Manage stock related issues.
• Clean facilities areas: canteens, toilets, locker rooms, offices and reception.
• Provide cover for colleagues during absences.
• Ensure equipment and materials are safe and ready for use.
