Job summary

Yeo Valley Production Ltd is seeking a Facilities Operative for our Cannington Site in the UK. The role focuses on cleaning and upkeep of all site facilities across a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (06:00 to 18:00).

You will ensure hygiene standards, manage stock, and support colleagues as required, while working safely and autonomously within a team environment. The company emphasises growth, employee development and strong workplace values.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping to standards.
• Manage stock-related issues.
• Clean facilities areas (canteens, toilets, locker rooms, offices, reception).
• Provide cover for colleagues' absences.
• Ensure equipment and materials are safe before, during, and after use.

As a Facilities Operative at our Cannington Site you will be responsible for the cleaning & upkeep of all site facilities.
The shift pattern for this position is 4 on 4 off (06:00 to 18:00)
Key Responsibilities Will Include

• To ensure hygiene and housekeeping standards are maintained at the correct level to comply with company standards and expectation
• Management of all stock related issues
• Carry out cleaning of facilities areas including Canteens, Toilets, Locker Rooms, Offices and Reception areas
• Providing cover for colleagues absences
• Ensure all equipment and materials are safe and effective for the job required before, during and on completion of use.
