Job summary

Yeo Valley Organic is seeking a Facilities Operative at the Cannington site to oversee cleaning and upkeep of all facilities. The role follows a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (06:00 to 18:00). You will ensure hygiene standards, manage stock issues, and support colleagues as needed.

We value self-motivated individuals who can work autonomously and as part of a team, with awareness of health and safety and numeracy skills to handle daily tasks efficiently.

As a Facilities Operative at our Cannington Site you will be responsible for the cleaning & upkeep of all site facilities.

The shift pattern for this position is 4 on 4 off (06:00 to 18:00)

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• To ensure hygiene and housekeeping standards are maintained at the correct level to comply with company standards and expectation
• Management of all stock related issues
• Carry out cleaning of facilities areas including Canteens, Toilets, Locker Rooms, Offices and Reception areas
• Providing cover for colleagues absences
• Ensure all equipment and materials are safe and effective for the job required before, during and on completion of use.
