Job summary

NBCUniversal in London is seeking a Facilities & Operations Intern for a 12-month program based in our Central London office. You’ll support a busy projects team handling workplace-related projects, real estate transactions and facilities management.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across day-to-day operations, lease administration, office relocations and refurbishments, with exposure to multiple business units and a service-delivery mindset.

Qualifications

Programme Eligibility

To join one of our 12-month Internships you must meet one of the following criteria:

• You’re currently an undergraduate studying at University and returning to full time education in Autumn 2028
• You’re looking to gain work experience after completing your A‑Levels, an equivalent course or an Apprenticeship

Additionally, you must also:

• Be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from Monday 5th July 2027 – Friday 21st July 2028
• Be able to work in NBCUniversal's Central London office on‑site five days per week

What will I be doing?

As a Facilities & Operations Intern, you will be supporting a busy projects team, responsible for all aspects of workplace‑related projects, real estate transactions and facilities management. You’ll get hands‑on experience with both routine day to day operations, such as financial management and lease administration, and dynamic projects, like office relocations, refurbishments, and new builds.

You will have exposure to all areas of the business, helping to understand the differing needs of each business unit and how to deliver both consistent, BAU (Business as usual) services and best‑in‑class, innovative workplaces.

Facilities & Operations Intern working closely with - International GRE (Global Real Estate), International Projects, Transactions, Workplace & Space Planning, BCCM (Business Continuity & Crisis Management), EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety), Security & Finance.

• Hands on – many aspects of this role will not be desk based!
