Job summary

NBCUniversal is offering a 12-month IT Workplace Operation Internships in Central London, with on-site work five days a week. This role focuses on IT/AV technical support, plus exposure to project management, vendor engagement, and financial accountability.

You will learn IT strategy, service delivery, and how to engage with business stakeholders while contributing to real projects and reports for TechEx UK customers.

Qualifications

• Provide IT/AV technical support and ensure team productivity.
• Assist as junior project manager on projects and initiatives.
• Support building refurbishment orders in Europe and stock inventory checks.
• Provide reporting data for monthly operation reviews.

Programme Eligibility

To join one of our 12-month Internships you must meet one of the following criteria:

1. You’re currently an undergraduate studying at University and returning to full time education in Autumn 2028
2. You’re looking to gain work experience after completing your A-Levels, an equivalent course or an Apprenticeship

Additionally, you must also:

• Be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from Monday 5th July 2027 – Friday 21st July 2028
• Be able to work in NBCUniversal’s Central London office on-site five days per week

What will I be doing?

As an IT Workplace Operation intern you will be key to the successful productivity of the team. Technical support is our main function, but the intern will spend more time focusing on team productivity ensuring processes and practices are being carried out to a high standard. At times you will act as junior project manager getting exposure to all projects and initiatives and will help ensure those are being delivered to the quality and time expectations of TechEx UK customers. These activities could be supporting placing orders for a building refurbishment in Europe, performing stock inventory checks or providing reporting data on monthly operation reviews.
