Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager for our Paisley site. The role supports the General Services Manager and oversees soft services across cleaning, catering, and security, ensuring high standards and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or outsourced FM environments.
• Experience delivering soft services such as cleaning, catering, and security.
• Experience in GMP/pharma/regulatory settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Services Manager with day-to-day delivery of site services across cleaning, catering, and security.
• Coordinate service teams, subcontractors and suppliers to meet contract and client requirements.
• Act as a point of contact for client queries and issue resolution.
• Manage operational administration including work orders, reporting, invoicing, and payroll support.
