Job summary

Randstad CPE seeks a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a dedicated Facilities Management team in Hampshire. This on-site role focuses on maintenance, fabric repairs, and operational improvements across the site.

You will perform PPM tasks, reactive repairs, and cross-trade duties, contributing to safe and efficient site operations. A recognised trade qualification and UK driving licence are required, with training and development support provided.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-skilled experience in building fabric and FM maintenance.
• Experience delivering planned preventative maintenance across site assets.
• Basic understanding of plumbing, joinery, and general building repairs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-skilled PPM work and routine checks across site assets and facilities within your area of responsibility.
• Carry out reactive repairs, general site maintenance, asset replacement, and minor improvement works.
• Complete cross-trade tasks outside core disciplines, including minor plumbing and joinery work.
