Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead housekeeping and patient food services within a zonal area. You will manage facilities teams, drive service standards, and deliver on budgets and KPIs while developing staff through coaching and appraisal.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration at all levels, and oversight of project work and compliance with statutory requirements across the site.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to develop working relationships at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead housekeeping and patient food services in a zonal area.
• Manage Facilities Team leaders and operational teams.
• Ensure services are delivered to required standards within budgets and KPIs.
• Develop staff through training and coaching and participate in staff appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and audit controls.
• Lead on facilities projects from inception to closure.
