Job summary

PGL is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the on-site facilities team across our centres. You will oversee maintenance, safety and daily operations of buildings, grounds and assets, while managing contractors and ensuring a safe, engaging guest experience.

You will lead the Facilities team, report to the Regional Facilities Manager, and play a key role in policy implementation and incident response across multiple UK locations.

Qualifications

• Experience of hard and soft facilities management and risk management.
• Strong organisational and management skills.
• Experience in line-management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair and overall operations of buildings, grounds, activity bases and assets.
• Lead Facilities Operatives and Housekeepers and manage on-site contractors.
• Ensure safety, handle incidents/breakdowns and implement facilities policies.
• Report to the Regional Facilities Manager and collaborate to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
