Facilities Manager Opportunity in Manchester

A leading commercial property investor and developer is seeking an ambitious Facilities Manager to join their growing team in Manchester.

The current portfolio includes approximately £300M of Grade A Office and Mixed-Use space, with plans and funding to expand to around £1Bn over the next few years. This presents a rare clientside opportunity to join an established business during a significant growth phase.
