A leading commercial property investor and developer is seeking an ambitious Facilities Manager to join their growing team in Manchester.

The current portfolio consists of approximately £300M of Grade A Office and Mixed-Use space, with ambitions and funding to expand to approximately £1Bn over the next few years. This is a rare client-side opportunity to join an established business at the start of a significant growth period.

Salary: c£40-60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus.
