Job summary

Tech-People is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for a commercial building in Central London. The role runs 40 hours per week (8:00am–5:00pm) with an umbrella PAYE rate of £40.69 per hour and a PAYE rate of £31.25 per hour.

IWFM qualification is essential; start date 14th or 15th September 2026; duration until the end of 2026. Responsibilities include day-to-day facilities management, coordinating M&E, cleaning, security, and other services, plus contractor oversight and ensuring

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to work on a commercial building in Central London.

Start: 14th or 15th September 2026

Duration: Until the end of 2026

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm (40 hours per week)
