Job Title: Facilities Manager

Are you a Facilities Manager looking to develop your career? We are seeking a responsible, hands-on Facilities Manager to join our team at Bricklehurst Manor School in Stonegate. In this role, you will support our pupils and young people by ensuring our sites are well maintained and equipped to meet their needs.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a team dedicated to helping pupils with SEMH and related needs. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day repairs, risk assessments, security procedures, equipment checks, and contributing to school development projects.

Consistency is vital for many of our pupils, and your role will be crucial in maintaining a safe and smooth-running environment. We seek a Facilities Manager who shares our vision to empower vulnerable young people to build bright futures.

Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have DIY skills, motivation, and personal qualities aligned with maintenance, health and safety, and making a positive impact on pupils' lives.

You should be quality-focused, efficient, able to work at pace, and motivated to provide a safe, caring environment where every pupil can thrive.
