This is a hybrid role based in Salisbury, focusing on developing a c.3 year strategic plan for our facilities. The role involves assessing current assets, optimizing their use, and identifying necessary changes or relocations to meet organizational objectives.

The position requires a strong communicator capable of building management plans and effectively presenting them to senior leadership.

Hybrid working (3 days a week) in Salisbury.

Inside IR35.

Initial duration: 6 months.

Rate: TBC.

Ideal candidates will have experience in R&D or manufacturing environments. Existing SC clearance is a significant advantage.
