We are looking for someone to join our small but mighty team as Facilities Manager to provide support to our portfolio of 10 restaurants, 2 pubs, and our boutique rooms, all set in amazing iconic buildings across England and Wales.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in multi-site facilities and property project management, preferably in pubs or restaurants
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deliver within budget
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance across the estate
• Lead small-scale refurbishment and capex projects
• Ensure health & safety and statutory compliance
• Manage maintenance budgets and contractor performance
• Support sustainability initiatives (energy, CO2, water use)

Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
