Application Deadline: Monday, 2nd June 2025
Welcome to Future Schools Trust. Our Trust comprises two secondary schools, one primary school, and one nursery in the Maidstone and Malling area of Kent. Established as a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) in September 2007, we support our schools with core functions such as Finance, HR, Facilities, IT, Marketing, and Governance.
We are committed to building a diverse workplace reflecting the communities we serve. We welcome applications from all backgrounds, including those who are differently abled, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, from Black, Asian, and minority ethnic communities, and from various religious or belief backgrounds. We support reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process.
Our vision is to create a cohesive and aspirational community where every child and staff member can exceed expectations. Safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environments are fundamental to this goal — and that’s where you come in.
As Facilities Manager, you will play a key role in creating and maintaining the physical spaces that support learning, ambition, and wellbeing across our schools. Working within a collaborative central team, you’ll be supported by professionals from Finance, Governance, IT, Marketing, and People and Culture to make a positive impact on young people's lives.
This role is about more than buildings and compliance — it’s about supporting communities, ensuring safety, and enabling staff to thrive, thereby contributing to the proud identity of each school.
Integrity, Respect, Resilience, Strong Work Ethic, Collaboration, and Equality are core to our daily operations. We uphold a strong moral purpose, balancing high aspirations with a people-first approach.
You’ll be trusted, supported, and empowered to make a real difference within a culture that values flexibility, wellbeing, and trust over a one-size-fits-all model.
