Job summary

ISS Facilities Services in Leeds is seeking a Facilities Manager to take full responsibility for delivering integrated facilities management in a leased office space. Responsibilities

Job Description

We are seeking a Facilities Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of integrated facilities management services within a leased office space.


This role will act as the on-site lead, ensuring a high-quality, professional workplace environment across two floors within a shared, multi-tenanted building.


Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee the efficient delivery of integrated FM services, including maintenance, cleaning, waste, catering/vending, reception, and helpdesk coordination

  • Manage service delivery within a multi-tenanted building, ensuring effective collaboration with landlord representatives and occupiers

  • Monitor and drive performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual standards to ensure continuous improvement

  • Act as the on-site lead for stakeholders, building strong and visible relationships

  • Ensure all customer requests, feedback, and complaints are logged, managed, and resolved in a timely manner

  • Maintain full compliance with health & safety legislation and company policies, promoting a strong safety culture

  • Lead, manage, and develop on-site teams and service partners, including recruitment, performance management, and engagement

  • Manage site budgets, control costs, identify efficiencies, and support financial reporting and account performance
