ENVEA Global is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager for UK sites, based in Swavesey, Cambs. You will lead facilities across the UK, coordinating contractors, overseeing safety, environmental compliance, fleet management, and improvement projects.
You will work with the QHSE team on ISO standards, support sustainability initiatives, and ensure legal and company requirements are met while maintaining high service quality.

Location: Swavesey, Cambridgeshire
Travel: Travel to customer sites and other ENVEA UK offices will be required.
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to take strategic and operational responsibility for facilities across ENVEA UK. You will ensure our sites, buildings, services and infrastructure operate safely, efficiently and in line with legal, environmental and company standards.
This is a hands-on, varied role involving facilities management, contractor and supplier oversight, health & safety, environmental compliance, fleet management and business improvement projects.
You will have significant experience in facilities management, ideally within a manufacturing environment, together with strong experience of contractor management, project coordination and prioritising multiple demands.
MIWFM qualification.
We are looking for someone who is hands‑on, organised, adaptable and results‑driven, with excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety, compliance and service quality. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, managing competing priorities and building positive relationships with employees, contractors and external partners.
