As Facilities Management Business Analyst, you will contribute to transforming how the Council manages its corporate property. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will analyze business needs for projects like the Digital Mail project and the development of the Corporate Property Management platform. Your responsibilities include developing technical requirements, facilitating workshops, and supporting software testing.
You will make data-driven decisions, collaborating across departments to understand and improve Council functions. Your role involves gathering stakeholder input, analyzing procedures, and presenting findings clearly to diverse audiences. Building relationships and influencing project outcomes through evidence-based insights are key aspects of this role.
Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to distill large data sets, and experience with culture change projects, complex systems, and user-centered design are preferred. Your ability to visualize service journeys and map processes will be valuable.
