Job Details:

  • Salary range: £41,580 - £45,399 per annum
  • Work location: Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, Westminster, SW1E 6QP
  • Hours per week: 36
  • Contract type: Fixed term until 27 February 2026
  • Closing date: 28 May 2025
  • Interview date: Week commencing 9 June 2025

The Role:

As Facilities Management Business Analyst, you will contribute to projects that improve how the Council manages its corporate property. You will work closely with the Project Manager, providing business analysis, developing technical requirements, facilitating workshops, and supporting software testing. Your role involves making data-driven decisions, understanding departmental functions, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

About You:

You should be skilled in data analysis and relationship building. The ability to interpret large datasets, present findings clearly, and support process improvements is essential. Experience with culture change projects, complex systems, product development, and user-centered design is preferred.
