The Air Ambulance Service is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our Property Team in Rugby and surrounding areas. You’ll respond to maintenance, decorating and facilities needs across the retail portfolio, ensuring work is completed to a high, safe standard and in a timely manner.

You'll hold a Full manual UK Driving Licence, demonstrate a conscientious, proactive approach, and plan your own workload while developing new skills.

• Full manual UK driving licence.
• Accurate, conscientious and self-motivated.
• Ability to plan and organise own workload; strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Respond to maintenance, decorating and facilities needs of the retail portfolio.
• Ensure works are completed to a high and safe standard and actioned in a timely manner.
• Engage in self-development to learn new skills.
• Collaborate with Retail Facilities and Compliance Manager, Head of Retail operations, Shop teams, Volunteers and external contractors.
