Job summary

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the maintenance team across Trust properties, performing installations, repairs and planned preventative maintenance.

You will assist tradesmen, operate IT systems for job dockets and works orders, and communicate with staff to minimise disruption. A high physical input is required, including working at heights and driving Trust vehicles; a driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised building trade City and Guilds apprenticeship or equivalent
• Structured training in building maintenance
• Full driving licence

Responsibilities

• To carry out Ppm`s.
• To clear blockages.
• Clean air handling units.
• Clean vents.
• Tidy up the grounds and gardens.
• To assist in the scheduling and implementation of planned preventative maintenance work.
• To drive the Trust vehicles for transportation of tools, self and others
