Job summary

Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Person for our care home in Olney. You will ensure premises and grounds are kept to a high standard, performing repairs and routine checks, and liaising with engineers as required.

The role involves fire and basic electrical checks, promoting resident wellbeing, and working as part of a friendly team under the Home/Asset Manager. Previous property maintenance experience is essential.

• Previous experience in property maintenance or related field
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations

Responsibilities

• Maintain premises and grounds to a high standard
• Carry out repairs and routine checks; coordinate with engineers as needed
• Perform fire, basic electrical and appliance checks
• Support resident wellbeing and smooth running of the home
• Reports to Home Manager/Asset Manager
