Job summary

TGR Haas F1 Team in Banbury, UK is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day operations and a fixed-term programme of planned maintenance. You will perform planned and reactive tasks across the site, ensuring safety, quality and compliance while assisting with grounds, project work and contractor coordination.

Candidates should have GCSE or equivalent, 3+ years in a relevant role, and a current IPAF license or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• GCSE, High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a relevant role.
• Basic health and safety awareness and willingness to follow safe systems of work.
• Demonstrable experience in general maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, basic electrical checks, and decorating.
• Computer literate and able to read technical drawings and data.
• Current IPAF license, or willingness to work towards attaining one.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planned and reactive maintenance across the site.
• Ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Carry out regular statutory inspections, monthly PPM checks and simple fixes.
• Carry out ad hoc reactive tasks supporting Haas operations (plumbing, electrical, decorating).
• Support building improvement projects and cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate third-party contractors, site inductions, RAMS reviews and permits to work.
• Assist with contractor access, maintenance records and post-works follow-up.
