Job summary

The Works is seeking a Facilities Team Leader to run the day-to-day facilities and maintenance operation across our stores. You will lead three FM Coordinators, drive service performance, manage reactive and planned maintenance, and ensure excellent service delivery.

You will coordinate workloads regionally, review invoices and monitor spend, while maintaining data quality in CAFM/Yardi and providing cover when needed. Join a team committed to inspiring creativity and community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a facilities, maintenance, service desk or property support team.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing service providers and contractors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with maintenance management systems and reporting tools.
• Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining accuracy and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three FM Coordinators.

• Manage reactive maintenance workflows, escalations and major incidents.
• Monitor planned maintenance delivery and statutory compliance activities.
• Review quotations, approve invoices and monitor expenditure within delegated authority.
• Manage contractor performance and service levels.
• Produce KPI reporting and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain CAFM/Yardi data quality and reporting standards.
• Provide operational cover during colleague absence.
• Act as deputy to the FM Manager.

Become a Facilities Team Leader
