M-Tec Engineering Solutions in Shropshire is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Days) to lead the site facilities maintenance, services, and projects, ensuring contractor control and safety. You will guide Project & Facilities Engineers and Fabricators, ensuring they have skills, training, and equipment to work safely and efficiently within budget.

The role focuses on driving a proactive maintenance culture, managing budgets, and delivering large-scale projects on time.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of safety, HSE policies, and audit requirements.
• Experience delivering maintenance projects on time and within budget.

Responsabilités

• Direct reports including engineers and technicians, coaching and development.
• Oversee facilities maintenance, services, and contractor management.
• Plan and monitor PM/CM schedules to minimize downtime.
• Manage budgets and cost control for the maintenance function.
