Responsibilities

• Maintaining external areas, pathways, car parks and communal spaces.
• Supporting planned preventative maintenance activities.
• Assisting with fire safety checks and emergency preparedness.
• Responding to maintenance requests across the site.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety requirements.
